Had the worse experience from one of the doctor. Last two weeks i asked them if i can spay my female cat they said it can be done two weeks after first vaccine so i went for the first vaccine. And today when i brought in my cat for spaying. The attending vet was very bitter. My cat is a mixed breed (no i am not a breeder, in fact i saved the cat which is why i wanted to spay it). She is only one years old ++. And the doctor immediately gave a lot of excuses. First she asked me if my cat mixed breed with a judging face. And then she said since she is a mixed breed and they have to check my cat’s heart condition and do some blood test etc. I was kind of speechless cause the previous doctor did not mention anything about this before. For the record, few years ago i used to send my other cat here and there were no issue at all. Only this one particular doctor is being really fussy and not helpful. Not to mention not very friendly too. I ended up taking my cat home and went to other veterinary and managed to get better advices for my cat. So this will be my last time going here and hope you can manage your veterinarian attitude.

My cat has parvo, at first it started to come back from saying only 50/50, but after a month at the clinic it is getting better Alhamdulillah, recommended. The clinic will also update daily on whatsapp about our cat's progress. Thank you for taking care of Oreo🫶🏻

I am very satisfied with the services at Kitton Pet Vet. The clinic has complete facilities and equipment, so I feel confident when my cat needs to undergo blood tests, pre-operative examinations and dental extraction surgery.

The doctors and nurses are also very patient and willing to take the time to answer all my questions. They always explain my cat's condition and the progress after the surgery, making me feel more at ease.

The happiest thing for me is that my cat finally received the necessary treatment and has the opportunity to be free from the pain of stomatitis that she has been suffering from for a long time.

I always leave a bad review when i think they deserve one. I am very angry/dissapointed with the services of dr meow, paid over RM1K for them to run tests and to not even tell me what the diagnosis is. My cat had a plueral effusion done, including blood work, x-ray, immunocomb test (for FIP), and even asked me to board the cat in the clinic. I obliged thinking its best for my cat. When the immunocomb test results came back with a score of S4-5, it is most definitely confirmed FIP (based on the other vets i consulted) but they insisted it is not. They told me they need to run another heart test and another lab test, which costs god knows how much they are trying to charge me.

I have also repeatedly told them, my cat is scared of confined places, and will try to escape by pushing her face against the sharp edges of the cage. My cat bled through her nose doing exactly what i explained to them, but they insisted to me it is from fungal infection. Please tell me how fungal infections can look blood red as if it is just bled? Attach pic how i sent my cat, my cat in boarding, and how they gave her back to me. I ended up going home with a cat that was shaved, bloody nose and swollen gums, 1k spent and ZERO confirmed diagnosis of her disease.

I would not recommend, and i hope you all can live with yourselves after taking advantage of a worried petowner by charging them thousands. Would not come back.

An awful experience to bring in koko for surgery after an abdominal trauma. Thanks for the dedicated and experienced team here, koko survived alhamdulillah.. Koko had diaphragmatic hernia, liver and spleen injury. Surgery done successfully despite being unstable initially. Had ICU stay for observation. Kudos to the whole team for the excellent care.. Brought Koko back home today. He is eating well at home.. Tq so much.

I from Lenggeng sent a baby with a broken pelvic bone here for x-ray, laser treatment and warded. Look at the pictures they updated and you can see that they are also very loving and caring to this baby. Even people from far away are willing to come because the clinic is complete, treatment plans can be discussed. I like coming here because I usually don't have to wait very long.

Throughout my cat's stay in the ward and ICU for 8 days, he was well taken care of. Every day, the staff nurse and doctor would update my cat's condition via Whatsapp and phone calls. The explanation of my cat's condition was also explained perfectly and every question was answered well. It was my very first time here, and I must admit that the service provided was excellent and very detailed. Staff were friendly.. I brought my cat for an X-ray, and the doctor was very experienced and clearly showing that it was only the lymph node that was swollen. Been sending my senior cat, Tabitha, to this clinic since 2020. We used to live nearby.
