I am very satisfied with the services at Kitton Pet Vet. The clinic has complete facilities and equipment, so I feel confident when my cat needs to undergo blood tests, pre-operative examinations and dental extraction surgery.

The doctors and nurses are also very patient and willing to take the time to answer all my questions. They always explain my cat's condition and the progress after the surgery, making me feel more at ease.

The happiest thing for me is that my cat finally received the necessary treatment and has the opportunity to be free from the pain of stomatitis that she has been suffering from for a long time.

Thank you to the entire Kitton Pet Vet team for the care and dedication given to Latte. I really appreciate it.

An awful experience to bring in koko for surgery after an abdominal trauma. Thanks for the dedicated and experienced team here, koko survived alhamdulillah.. Koko had diaphragmatic hernia, liver and spleen injury. Surgery done successfully despite being unstable initially. Had ICU stay for observation. Kudos to the whole team for the excellent care.. Brought Koko back home today. He is eating well at home.. Tq so much.

My first time here and I had a great experience. The service is great. The place is nice and clean, with a lot of parking spaces. Everyone was warm and welcoming. Dr. Liyana was very kind and handled my cat softly. The nurses and staffs were very nice too. Throughout my cat's stay in the ward and ICU for 8 days, he was well taken care of. Every day, the staff nurse and doctor would update my cat's condition via Whatsapp and phone calls. The explanation of my cat's condition was also explained perfectly and every question was answered well. The doctor and staff were very attentive, caring, empathetic, professional and provided a pleasant service for us. It was my very first time here, and I must admit that the service provided was excellent and very detailed. Staff were friendly.. I brought my cat for an X-ray, and the doctor was very experienced and clearly showing that it was only the lymph node that was swollen. Sent my cat for her broken leg's surgery. The doctor explained well of the cost of each procedures to be performed, what procedures my cat will undergo, potential risk and post-surgery care. Daily updates via whatsapp, and they will send an email updates everytime a new service/procedures being performed. Friendly and professional staff. It's my first time with this clinic and im truly satisfied with the services.

Update after 2months:
It's been 2months since the surgery and today Kudu successfully had her IM pin removed. Dr.Khairun Izzaty explained the procedure and aftercare clearly.

The clinic is transparent about their procedures & charges. The treatment costs have been reasonable & affordable throughout.

Thank you to Dr.Khairun Izzaty, Dr Amirul, Dr Nadira, all the vet nurses and clinic staff for taking such good care of Kudu throughout her recovery. Semoga Kudu cepat sihat🤍

I want to be honest here. Ive been a loyal customer with this vet since 2018 (or was it 2019) to this year. It was the pioneer of this vet who attended to my cats back then and I would always prefer to talk to their 1 particular dr (Dr. Mai) as she understood the pet parent's concern.

Until recently...very disappointed with the new doctors. We did xray(s) and blood test but no clear explanation to the pet parents' on what the report says. I am very particular about the test results tho I don't understand whats written on the chart, but I would really appreciate it if the new doctors could spend some time to explain in details about the reports. For ex, I need them to tell me, the protein reading in the blood is ok or not, the liver's reading is ok or not.. Not just 'rbc is ok..'.

I sent my cat for xray and blood test earlier this month, but the dr just said 'Ok need to neb'. You should explain, the condition of the lungs that leading to the treatment. I personally need to understand the 'WHY' but the dr acted like 'why do these people need to understand this?' and the dr was inattentive to our questions.

Please improve on that. We paid a lot amount of money so that we understand the causes, treatment process and what to expect with a good explanation.

Very disappointed with the service and professionalism here.

I sent three of my own cats and two cats from a friend to this clinic for neutering. After the surgery, all of them were kept here for a few days to up to a week for recovery, as we believed they would be under proper professional care. Unfortunately, every single cat experienced some kind of issue.

Some had wound problems, some caught flu after staying together, and one cat even had multiple bruises (dark patches) around the surgical area. When we asked the doctors or nurses what had happened, they kept shifting the blame to the cats, saying the cats were stressed, aggressive, or difficult to handle during neutering.

While stress is possible, it is really hard to accept this explanation when all five cats had problems. For comparison, my other two cats were neutered at a different clinic previously and had zero issues.

I came here based on recommendations, but the outcome was extremely disappointing. Lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional handling. I do not recommend this clinic at all.

Choose this klinik to treat my rescue kitten yg cirit, doctor suggest to do parvo test turn out my kitten positive parvo. With doctor adviced and suggestion and medicines provided, Alhamdulillah my kitten BROWNIE survived parvo. Doctor very good at explaination and easy to understand. Definitely will choose this clinic for my pets from now on. 👍👍
