Had the worse experience from one of the doctor. Last two weeks i asked them if i can spay my female cat they said it can be done two weeks after first vaccine so i went for the first vaccine. And today when i brought in my cat for spaying. The attending vet was very bitter. My cat is a mixed breed (no i am not a breeder, in fact i saved the cat which is why i wanted to spay it). She is only one years old ++. And the doctor immediately gave a lot of excuses. First she asked me if my cat mixed breed with a judging face. And then she said since she is a mixed breed and they have to check my cat’s heart condition and do some blood test etc. I was kind of speechless cause the previous doctor did not mention anything about this before. For the record, few years ago i used to send my other cat here and there were no issue at all. Only this one particular doctor is being really fussy and not helpful. Not to mention not very friendly too. I ended up taking my cat home and went to other veterinary and managed to get better advices for my cat. So this will be my last time going here and hope you can manage your veterinarian attitude.

I am very satisfied with the services at Kitton Pet Vet. The clinic has complete facilities and equipment, so I feel confident when my cat needs to undergo blood tests, pre-operative examinations and dental extraction surgery.

The doctors and nurses are also very patient and willing to take the time to answer all my questions. They always explain my cat's condition and the progress after the surgery, making me feel more at ease.

This is the WORST vet experience I’ve ever had.

I initially brought my cat here because she had a swollen anal gland. The doctor examined her and squeezed the area, which was fine. He then advised us to do a blood test, and we agreed.

However, before that, the doctor actually asked us to bring my cat back another day because she was distressed. Isn’t that something a vet should know how to handle? I understand that cats can become stressed during examinations, but I was quite disappointed that we were simply asked to come back instead of the situation being handled appropriately.

Another issue was the repeated blood tests. I was advised to do a second blood test, and the results were essentially the same. It cost me RM500+ overall, which is definitely not a small amount. I honestly couldn’t understand why another blood test was necessary when the previous results had already shown abnormalities.

What makes me even more upset is that the doctor knew my cat was anaemic, but there was no sense of urgency or clear advice that her condition could potentially require a blood transfusion. Instead, I was told to come back for ANOTHER blood test — a third one. What was the purpose of repeating the test again without clearly explaining the seriousness of her anaemia or what the next steps might be?

A month later, my cat developed severe anaemia and was in a critical condition. The new vet I brought her to even questioned why the previous vet had not advised us about a possible blood transfusion earlier.

I’m extremely frustrated because I feel like I was not properly informed about my cat’s condition when the abnormalities were first detected. As a pet owner, I rely on the vet to point out anything concerning and explain what I should be doing next. I’m not a medical professional, so I shouldn’t have to know on my own when an abnormal blood result could potentially become an emergency.

I also feel like I spent RM500+ on tests without receiving clear answers or a clear plan for what needed to happen next. If I could ask for a refund, honestly, I would.

I’m sharing this review because I genuinely hope other pet owners will be more cautious and ask plenty of questions if their pet has abnormal blood results. I personally will not be returning here and DO NOT RECOMMEND this vet based on my experience.

I am very grateful and grateful for the doctor's explanation. Miming is my child who has been cared for for 13 years. He is suspected of having Mammary Gland tumor. I have been to other clinics before and the doctor's explanation was not very satisfactory to me. Finally I brought Miming to the same clinic, which is here. Alhamdulillah, every doctor's explanation about Miming's disease is very detailed. I feel so relieved to hear the doctor's explanation. And I will continue the treatment here. The price is quite reasonable compared to when I went to other clinics. The cost of Miming's treatment is Rm180-rm200. But here there is an optional payment e wallet shopee pay. Alhamdulillah, it is really easy. I like Dr Meow.

I always leave a bad review when i think they deserve one. I am very angry/dissapointed with the services of dr meow, paid over RM1K for them to run tests and to not even tell me what the diagnosis is. My cat had a plueral effusion done, including blood work, x-ray, immunocomb test (for FIP), and even asked me to board the cat in the clinic. I obliged thinking its best for my cat. When the immunocomb test results came back with a score of S4-5, it is most definitely confirmed FIP (based on the other vets i consulted) but they insisted it is not. They told me they need to run another heart test and another lab test, which costs god knows how much they are trying to charge me.

I have also repeatedly told them, my cat is scared of confined places, and will try to escape by pushing her face against the sharp edges of the cage. My cat bled through her nose doing exactly what i explained to them, but they insisted to me it is from fungal infection. Please tell me how fungal infections can look blood red as if it is just bled? Attach pic how i sent my cat, my cat in boarding, and how they gave her back to me. I ended up going home with a cat that was shaved, bloody nose and swollen gums, 1k spent and ZERO confirmed diagnosis of her disease.

I would not recommend, and i hope you all can live with yourselves after taking advantage of a worried petowner by charging them thousands. Would not come back.

An awful experience to bring in koko for surgery after an abdominal trauma. Thanks for the dedicated and experienced team here, koko survived alhamdulillah.. Koko had diaphragmatic hernia, liver and spleen injury. Surgery done successfully despite being unstable initially. Had ICU stay for observation. Kudos to the whole team for the excellent care.. Brought Koko back home today. He is eating well at home.. Tq so much.

Cheap and best service. Had surgery for a cat's torn jaw and cleft palate and stayed almost 3 weeks with nerve medication (cat fell from the 4th floor) the bill was 1.4k but the final bill was 1.1k.

I from Lenggeng sent a baby with a broken pelvic bone here for x-ray, laser treatment and warded. Throughout my cat's stay in the ward and ICU for 8 days, he was well taken care of. Every day, the staff nurse and doctor would update my cat's condition via Whatsapp and phone calls. I brought my cat for an X-ray, and the doctor was very experienced and clearly showing that it was only the lymph node that was swollen. Sent my cat for her broken leg's surgery. The doctor explained well of the cost of each procedures to be performed, what procedures my cat will undergo, potential risk and post-surgery care. Daily updates via whatsapp, and they will send an email updates everytime a new service/procedures being performed. Friendly and professional staff. It's my first time with this clinic and im truly satisfied with the services.

Update after 2months:
It's been 2months since the surgery and today Kudu successfully had her IM pin removed. Dr.Khairun Izzaty explained the procedure and aftercare clearly.

The clinic is transparent about their procedures & charges. The treatment costs have been reasonable & affordable throughout.

Thank you to Dr.Khairun Izzaty, Dr Amirul, Dr Nadira, all the vet nurses and clinic staff for taking such good care of Kudu throughout her recovery. Semoga Kudu cepat sihat🤍

I want to be honest here. Ive been a loyal customer with this vet since 2018 (or was it 2019) to this year. It was the pioneer of this vet who attended to my cats back then and I would always prefer to talk to their 1 particular dr (Dr. Mai) as she understood the pet parent's concern.

Until recently...very disappointed with the new doctors. We did xray(s) and blood test but no clear explanation to the pet parents' on what the report says. I am very particular about the test results tho I don't understand whats written on the chart, but I would really appreciate it if the new doctors could spend some time to explain in details about the reports. For ex, I need them to tell me, the protein reading in the blood is ok or not, the liver's reading is ok or not.. Not just 'rbc is ok..'.

I sent my cat for xray and blood test earlier this month, but the dr just said 'Ok need to neb'. You should explain, the condition of the lungs that leading to the treatment. I personally need to understand the 'WHY' but the dr acted like 'why do these people need to understand this?' and the dr was inattentive to our questions.

Please improve on that. We paid a lot amount of money so that we understand the causes, treatment process and what to expect with a good explanation.

Very disappointed with the service and professionalism here.

I sent three of my own cats and two cats from a friend to this clinic for neutering. After the surgery, all of them were kept here for a few days to up to a week for recovery, as we believed they would be under proper professional care. Unfortunately, every single cat experienced some kind of issue.

Some had wound problems, some caught flu after staying together, and one cat even had multiple bruises (dark patches) around the surgical area. When we asked the doctors or nurses what had happened, they kept shifting the blame to the cats, saying the cats were stressed, aggressive, or difficult to handle during neutering.

While stress is possible, it is really hard to accept this explanation when all five cats had problems. For comparison, my other two cats were neutered at a different clinic previously and had zero issues.

I came here based on recommendations, but the outcome was extremely disappointing. Lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional handling. I do not recommend this clinic at all.

Choose this klinik to treat my rescue kitten yg cirit, doctor suggest to do parvo test turn out my kitten positive parvo. With doctor adviced and suggestion and medicines provided, Alhamdulillah my kitten BROWNIE survived parvo. Doctor very good at explaination and easy to understand.
