Excellent service! The clinic is clean, well-organized, and the team is very professional. The vet was thorough in examining my pet and offered helpful advice on long-term care. Prices are reasonable for the quality of service provided. Definitely one of the best veterinary clinics I’ve been to.

Recently brought my cat for the annual vaccination. The vet was friendly and handled my cat gently with care. My cat seems comfortable too. The clinic was clean with no strange smells. The front desk staff were friendly too. Reasonable price. Will definitely come again.

My first time here and I had a great experience. The service is great. The place is nice and clean, with a lot of parking spaces. Everyone was warm and welcoming. Dr. Liyana was very kind and handled my cat softly. The nurses and staffs were very nice too. They always update my cat's condition almost everyday via whatsapp. Recommended to bring your pets here 👍🏻

sangat recommended although it’s a bit pricey but definitely worth it !!! kucing saya alhamdulillah sihat after few weeks dapat treatment from here, dari staff sampai ke Dr sangat friendly and professional , they will keep update on your cats situation and provide other alternatives as well. the clinic is super clean and boleh jumpaa soyaa (boss kecik kat sana) !!

Throughout my cat's stay in the ward and ICU for 8 days, he was well taken care of. Every day, the staff nurse and doctor would update my cat's condition via Whatsapp and phone calls. The explanation of my cat's condition was also explained perfectly and every question was answered well. The doctor and staff were very attentive, caring, empathetic, professional and provided a pleasant service for us. Thank you Dr. Liyana and team for being dedicated in providing excellent service to cure and give the utmost care to our beloved cat back to health.

It was my very first time here, and I must admit that the service provided was excellent and very detailed. Staff were friendly.. I brought my cat for an X-ray, and the doctor was very experienced and clearly showing that it was only the lymph node that was swollen. The service was fast, and every update even the invoice was sent to my email. I will definitely come back for the next cat appointment.Price is also affordable..

Very disappointed with the service and professionalism here.

I sent three of my own cats and two cats from a friend to this clinic for neutering. After the surgery, all of them were kept here for a few days to up to a week for recovery, as we believed they would be under proper professional care. Unfortunately, every single cat experienced some kind of issue.

Some had wound problems, some caught flu after staying together, and one cat even had multiple bruises (dark patches) around the surgical area. When we asked the doctors or nurses what had happened, they kept shifting the blame to the cats, saying the cats were stressed, aggressive, or difficult to handle during neutering.

While stress is possible, it is really hard to accept this explanation when all five cats had problems. For comparison, my other two cats were neutered at a different clinic previously and had zero issues.

I came here based on recommendations, but the outcome was extremely disappointing. Lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional handling. I do not recommend this clinic at all.

Choose this klinik to treat my rescue kitten yg cirit, doctor suggest to do parvo test turn out my kitten positive parvo. With doctor adviced and suggestion and medicines provided, Alhamdulillah my kitten BROWNIE survived parvo. Doctor very good at explaination and easy to understand. Definitely will choose this clinic for my pets from now on. 👍👍
